With the popularity of Fly Fishing and the growing concern with the safe catch and realse of trout we have pursued the rubber bags from the beginning! When we first opened our business it was brought to Bob (owner of Fisknat) attention that the Guides would love to have a durable rubber bag boat net. So he took that knowledge and started manufacturing a boat net with a rubber bag sewn in. With the great response we got out of the rubber boat nets we put all efforts into producing rubber bags for ALL our nets. We did this when all other manufactures did not feel this was going to be the best way to go! Fisknat was and currently still is the FIRST and ONLY wood framed landing net manufacture producing a complete line of RUBBER bag landing nets! The RUBBER bags have taken over 90% of our business, we use a 100% Rubber bag we do NOT use a dipped or coated bag for our concern that it could peel or break away from the fabric. None of our bags come with clips to ensure that the fish is as safe as possible during the land and release!
